I really like the idea so far.
The ears/face could be fluffier (its a sketch, so maybe you were planning to do it anyway).
Maybe the pupils could be star-shaped aswell? Also, what is that under the eyes? I can't figure out what it's supposed to be.
Just wondering if you also plan to do child lines once you're finished?

The second set of eyes sound interesting, but i'm not sure if I'll like it.
You can still include them (I am willing to see how it looks) but if I don't like them, is it okay to remove them?
