Yes, this is open. We're just a bit backed up at the moment.

You can but you'll have to wait until the bank gets updated before your betta is started unless taraa starts it. This way we know your trade was enough.

No, The pets don't have to be wishlist though it does give you more drops if it is. Here's the pets to drops reference chart's extras.

Rules:
Pets on my WL gives you x2 the amount of drops!

Every betta pet gives you x3 the amount of drops!
So 2013 Common normally is 10, but when its a betta its 30!

Every list pet gives you x10 the amount of drops!

As far as C$ you would need to take to Taraa about that since it's not listed on the conversion chart.
