I'm not the best with item trades so I advise you to get a second opinion but I believe most of those items are store items or not that old (not worth that much) yet so you can easily get them.
They're asking for your September List, and while I know I'm not good with item trades, I'd say this is pretty, if not a lot, unfair to you.

I wouldn't accept it if I were you, but like i said, get a second opinion!^^
