on rare occasions, yep! right now they're open, feel free to pm to discuss what you want and payment options.

custom prices start at around 10-15c$ and the price goes up the more compkex/difficult it is. a custom like this design above would cost about 35c$.

i do accept other forms of payment, motly da points, but i may consider character trades and older rares+ & very rares, but im more picky with those things as i really need c$ right now.
