She was a normal kit birthed to an abnormal clan of loners and rogues who all came together because they were rough and tumble. The leader was determined by the strongest cat, and if the leader is beaten in a fight, they have to step down. Strikepaw was her name originally, was just as rough as the cats she grew up around and everyone pretty much knew she would take on the position of leader one day. Well, the clan had very few rules to get one kicked out, and one was you couldn’t kill a kit. Unfortunately, the night before her warriors ceremony, Strikepaw was framed for the murder of a kit and was ordered to be tossed into The Swell. The Swell was a cliff face jutting out over the water, and the cats would chum the water to get sharks and other predatory aquatic animals to come around. Honoring the warrior she could have been, the leader determined she would get her warriors name before she jumped, and so was named Sharkheart.
