I'm holding a contest where you have to design a pup! The wining pup will be used as the King of The Outcasts, a RP Community on G+ that might also be here, on CS, to when I'm not a COPPA Player anymore.

4. No complaining about not winning

5. You CANNOT sell, trade, or keep the designs you make

6. You can use your own lines
