...Welcome to the Echon artist search hub where you can find the searches for both general and nursery artists! Within each search contest, you compete with other members to become an artist of this species. Entries will be judged on ability to make clean and good lines edits, designing capabilities, and how appealing the adopt is as a whole.

Here are the rules for the searches:

⋙ Any Echon made here cannot be made real unless through an MYO (must show proof of purchase)
⋙ Do not remove the FAKE sign
⋙ kit batches made with real parents cannot be made into customs.
⋙ you can post your entries under a cover but are preferred separate and linked together.
⋙ this search will be never ending unless the staff is very full, then it will open in short increments.
⋙ you can make up to 2 mythical designs.
⋙ you can make as many rare edits as you want, but if accepted into the staff, you can only use a design with a single rare trait and any below as your custom.

Those who get picked as guest artists will have a trial of 1 month to create up to 4 adopts. After your trial is complete, staff will meet together and decide to put you on the team as a permanent member or not. If not, you can always enter the search again.


Guest artists earn a 1 uncommon trait and unlimited below custom upon completion of their trial. If they are hired, that custom is upgraded to 1 rare and unlimited below, or they can keep one of their entries that have one rare trait and under edits.

Are we allowed to try out to be guest artists? At the moment, time management is a big issue for me, but if I can create a few designs or even be a ghost artist (on occasion), I'd love to!

This is open and is the place for people to try out to be guest artists!

Whoever tries out and has designs that I (and any future staff) like, then become a guest artist. Anyone who does get picked to be one gets one month to create up to 4 designs before their trial is finished. Your designs will be looked at and judged before staff decides if you join the team!

I would love if you joined the search even if you only posted designs only occasionally. Membership on the team isn't related to activity levels, just the monthly custom is.
