Demand wise store pets tend to go for an 09' rare each. The tier five dog is worth six 09 rares, so this is fair. I'd personally accept. It's not easy to get onto the list with just rares.

Can I have another opinion and an opinion on the second trade? <3

Unfair to you. Their rat is originally from Valentine's Day 2009, worth 2 '09 rares. Your Raver Bun is worth 4-5 '09 rares + an '09 uncommon.
