Please give two palettes if you'd like the chance of twins, twin rolls however will only apply to those who haven't kept a orphan kit yet and keeping both kits will count as two kits for you're two kit limit for the event. Remember, you don't have to keep both kits though as you can always adopt them out or gift them.
