I'm sure you will get one- you just need to be in time for the new litters for adopt or in time for the next pound release but unless you are an artist (or guest artist) you cannot create your own sorry.

Oh yes, maybe you could make rabbits or little Kittens or something maybe? If you like fiercer things more then I suggest you make wolves, bears etc.
