She finishes the robin, taking her time, then says. "Like I said, you're a horrible liar. Who're you seeing? In another clan?"

Manestar looked at her and then looked around, seeing no one around he bent his head down. "Since you know something, It's Miststar. I only just met her tonight really." he said, his voice low.

Her eyebrows raise. "Miststar? Wow. The two leaders love eachother. How... interesting," she says, still smiling. "Well, that's all I wanted to know, really." She stands up with a luxurious stretch, then says. "I won't tell anyone, but if your love gets in the way of the clan, I swear on your life that I will intervene."

Manestar got up and looked at Mapleshadow then turned and walked into his den. He curled up in his nest and fell asleep.

Manestar stretched from his nest and stepped out into the afternoon sun. He smiled slightly at the birds singing in the trees. He walked over to the entrance and looked around before slipping out. He ran over to the border between the clans and climbed a tree, watching the river slip by, tumbling over rocks and pebbles. I hope our love won't slip away like the water does. He crouched low on the branch and let his tail hang down. I hope there isn't a battle anytime soon between the clans. I don't hope I don't have to fight Miststar to prove I'm loyal to my clan. His eyes drooped as the thoughts swirled in his head.

BrightShadow was watching the sunset. He layed down, staring with his beautiful golden eyes.
