What are Teacats?

Teacats were made by accident. A young woman was fiddling around with different tea flavors to try and create a better tea that would draw in more customers to her shop. Thinking her newest formula was going to fail, the woman decided to mess around and stick the tea in a new type of casing- a casing in the shape of a cat. She dropped the tea in the water and sat back to wait for the water to soak up the flavors. However, when she checked the tea, tiny little eyes were staring back up at her. For reasons still unknown, the new casing came to life once it touches water.

Rules:

• Please follow all rules already in place on Chickensmoothie.
• Teacats are a closed species. Non-Teacat-staff members are not allowed to make their own Teacats unless otherwise stated by myself or Grey_Hoodie.
• Please be nice to other members. This should be a fun community!
• Don't beg for Teacats.
• Don't harass the artists about your Teacat. They will most likely have multiple Teacats that they have to make and it'll take time to get them all finished.
• Respect the artists and the competitions they might hold for their Teacats. Don't bump the competitions, the artist will do this if they feel like they need to, and don't post your entries after the deadline. Posts after the deadline will not be looked at.
• Artists must make at least three adopts a month. They can make more if they wish, but it has to be at least three.
• Please don't transfer Teacats with another member without contacting myself/Grey_Hoodie and the artist who made your Teacat.
• Don't edit the lines of the Teacats unless you are adding on accessories.
• Artists may have unlimited customs, but normal members can only own up to 15 Teacats at a time.

Mates + Breeding:
• Teacats don't have a biological gender since they have breeding powder set aside when they're made and don't need to sexually reproduce. Due to this, you can change the Teacat to a sire or a dam on different breeding forms.
• Teacats can have any sexual or romantic orientation that you wish.
• There is no set amount of mates that a Teacat can have.
• Teacats have a limited amount of times that they can breed in their lifetime. Each Teacat has a set amount of tea breeding powder, the amount will be rolled for by the artist when the Teacat is created. Each Teacat will have enough powder for 2-5 breedings.
• The litter of the number will range from 1-4 kits. This will also be rolled for.
• After breeding, the user must wait 2 weeks before trying to breed again.
• A Teakitten takes 2 weeks to grow into a full adult.
• If you are using any breeding items, this must be listed in your breeding form.
