Wait, what exactly are we supposed to do? Do we make a version of the picture above with our new species and then you judge them or something? Please explain. It sounds cool!
HI ALL!
I am a friendly teenager who loves animals, cheesy kids cartoons (think "A Nagy Ho-Ho-Ho-Horgász", or Tom and Jerry), and gets WAY too into fandoms. Currently I really enjoy Voltron: Legendary Defender, so I apologize in advance for any bad jokes or references I might make! Now excuse me while i go back to my biology homework!

This contest is about creating a species on oekaki for me! (as you said xD)
You may use a clear white background or the forest background if you'd like to.
The main point is that you design a awesome species which I'd like (all in the first post).
But please don't do everything on one layer so I could remove the background for the case your species is going to win and I'll make an adoptable species out of it c:
