Does the payment apply to those of us who already colored in a shell before the rule change?

I would like it if you could, but you only need to pay what you think it would be worth, or, if you didn't like it, you don't need to.

UPDATE:
Regarding my payment, I've changed it a little;;

Please don't give any hoard pets, such as:

Any/all Nick chickens (such as )
and
Any/all Lillian Nightshade chickens (such as )

Also, for the uncommons payment, I will now change that to 15 pets, common or uncommon from my wishlist.

And, adding another payment, which goes against the first new rule:
If you do wish to pay wishlist pets, I require that to be 20 pets, or more. This is because they are hoard pets, and I don't really need them as much.

Also, if you are unsatisfied with my design, please tell me and we can work out a cheaper price. I want both of us to come away, happy with our trade.

These rules will apply from here on, forward, and will not effect previous payments that have already been sent. c:
