im basically never on, so if you wanna with trade me or if you message me, be prepared to wait a while for a response. this account is first and foremost a personal archive for sentimentality's sake as it was a big part of my childhood.

The pose, you mean? Yes, it also counts. Trying more dynamic poses will show me that you've put effort into the piece.

The style doesn't count. Everyone draws in their own style, so I wouldn't want to restrict certain people to a style they don't like.

Just a question, how do they swim? Like dogs or more like otters? I mean, do they paddle or 'glide' through the water?

They glide through the water. Paddling would seem a bit annoying with all the fins.

I had originally begun using an otter as a ref for the movement line and sorta pose but then erased it because I wasn't sure thanks Nex. I would assume then that thier movement is powered by thier tail moving side to side like a fish and the sorta undulate from side to side?

Aquatics are very flexible, so their structure can deal with the stress of constantly moving side to side. They move much like a fish, using their front legs and the fins on there to steer.
