How do you become an artist?

We are now looking for artists! I am the archivist & banker so we will not be recruiting them unless I get overwhelmed.
Please pm me all forms! Any forms posted on the thread will be ignored.
Note that you may not get accepted, applying doesn't mean you get the role!
Artists get 5-10 clovers each SK they make.
All artists MUST send me each SK they make so it can be archived once made.
I have every right to suspend you/fire you if needed.

You must have at least 3 examples, and maximum 5.
