Horse’s markings do look like baby penguin’s markings OwO

Maybe star/ocean theme + pixel art? Stars (or whatever they are) on it’s blanket are seem to be made simply of four pixels

Hey I have a small question, I don't pay much attention to this usually haha but is it common for people to go crazy trying to adopt the grown version of the previous year's pps dog? I missed it in my adopts (got a double 2018 pps) but when I checked the swap thread it looks like people are paying things like store pets and old rares for it. I'm totally willing to do that if necessary, but do things usually calm down on these guys? or is it pretty standard for them to be really rare adopts?

its only uncommon, but since theres such a low chance of getting it people go crazy !! it'll probably calm down eventually
