Personality: When you meet him, he seems like the shyest thing you will ever see. His lilypad green eyes will always send out a message of fear, but in the end, they are always something diffrent all together. Scince he has no voice box, he will be committed as a loner, but when you get to met him, you will be surprised of how much personality he has. He is easy to trust someone else, but it is hard for someone to trust him, he would clap his beak to let out a 'clllaarp' noise to signal his happiness, but to others, it's a sign of fear. The noise is quite scary, for others tend to stay away from that. He believes every singel being needs a chance, but he could never say that. In his head, he goes through sadness, and at points, he can't find his way out; but he always will. He is independent, making him harder to trust, and harder to get to, but he is also honest. He is not honest like: 'I honestly love you,' or, 'I really did do that.' No, he is honest in his very own way.
Why Do You Want It?: I love how to green fades into the yellow and how they darken as they go toward his belly. <3 The marks on his coat are leaves, and so much detail makes me fall in love. I also love it when the yellow and green contrast with each other, but the muddy leaves at the bottom are just hues are greens. :O I really love this mimic. x3

And in every one of a million, I was the mimic that was born with out a voice box.

Playful
Dustin loves to play and have fun as much as he can. He can and usually does make a game out of everything, no matter what he's doing. Because of his playfulness, he can be a bit of a handful.

Curious
Anything and everything interests this young mimic. He is extremely curious, often getting himself into dangerous situations because of his curiosity. Anything new almost immediately has to be explored and investigated.

Determined
Dustin is extremely determined and tenacious. Once he sets his mind on something, he will do everything in his power to reach his goal.

Friendly
Because of his playful nature, Dustin absolutely adores to make new friends. Any living creature can become a friend of his, as long as they aren't mean.

Innocent
Dustin is only being himself! If you accuse, I will guarantee he is innocent-most of the time. Dustin would never intentionally do something against the rules, and if he does, he means no ill will. He absolutely hates to harm any living creature, no matter what that creature is.

Loyal
If someone likes him, he will stay loyal to that person. He will stay at your side through thick and thin, no matter what is going on around him. He loves everyone, but is most loyal to his person, and will only show aggression to protect that person. If anything endangered anything while he was around, he would give his life if it meant saving another. There is no doubt in my mind that he would die to save a life.

Intelligent
Dustin is very smart. He observes and seems to take mental notes when placed in a new situation. He makes many of his own choices and decisions, and learns from his mistakes. Despite the inability to make any human noise, he can communicate with us very effectively.

Independent
Because of his intelligence, Dustin is also very independent. He does his own thing, as long as he knows he wont get into too much trouble for it. He has his own thoughts and is very adept at expressing them.

Why Do You Want It?:
I stumbled across mimics last night and instantly fell in love with the lineart, but there weren't any up for adoption at that time. When I checked the thread today, Dustin leaped out at me. I love the way his colors blend, and I swear I can see mischief in his eyes.

Other:
Dustin laid curled up in my bed, his wings folded along his body. His flanks rose and fell gently, showing that the mimic was asleep. I smiled as I sat down next to him, gently touching him to wake him. His eyes opened and he yawned as he stretched, spreading his wings, before settling into a sitting position, his wings opened and relaxed. He blinked at me a few times before suddenly pouncing, batting at my hair. I laughed, pulling him off and putting him on the floor. "Let's go get something to eat, Dustin." I walked into the kitchen and pulled out two steaks, throwing one to him and putting the other on to cook. As he ate his, constant purrs rolled from his throat. He'd learned to mimic animal sounds first, and never seemed to progress to human speech, but I didn't mind. He was smart enough to get his point across when he needed to. Once both steaks were gone, I grabbed Dustin's leash, clipped it to his colorful collar and headed out the door to walk him like I did every day.

Personality:
Abito is cunning and crafty, he's really intelligent. He can make things out of grass
and he likes to invent! He sometimes like to use his inventions to steal cookies
since it's his favorite snack, besides carrots. He actually likes to be in the sun
despite that he's dark colored, and he's quite shy. He resembles the Greek god
Hephaestus, except he's waaay handsomer ;D

Because he's shy, he likes to make little metallic friends to play with, and he does
have a couple Mimic friends to play with. He doesn't trust people easily, but eventually
he will when he has gotten to know someone well. On his free time, he likes to eat
waffles and fish. (Not together owo) He likes to take mimic-naps and take walks on
the sunny warm beach. Abito likes to jump at the waves and swim too~!

Why Do You Want It?:
It's dark colors and smoothness caught my eye. I like the way the colors blended and
it looks really calm and soothing. I want Abito because I'd like to re-adopt a Mimic that
wants a new home rather than adopt one just from a release. Plus he'd be my first Mimic!
His colors are really mysterious and really pretty. The dark colors just add on to his
mysterious-ness~! I also like how his colors don't mesh together, it's even~

Another day at the Beach..
Abito hopes that he can catch some fish this time. He pounces onto the sand and
skips happily to the waves. Breathing in the salty air, "Let's get to work!" He splashes
in the water and hunts for fish. Grring at some crabs that try to snap their mean
claws at him. Abito would paw at fish whenever they come near him, pouncing on
them and attacking them. After gulping his yummy fish, he lays on the warm sand
that was warmed by the sun. Yawning, he settles comfortably in the sand and takes
a little mimic-nap. On a towel under the umbrella.
