Oh, it feels so great to be drawing again! I watched Brave recently and it rocketed to the top of my all-time favorite Disney movies list because I forgot how amazing it was! The animation, the landscapes, the culture, the magic, the story, the loving relationships, the character development, the themes!

So, to honor this beautiful tale, here's Princess Merida, out exploring the woods at night, when she stumbles across those mischievous wisps! I completed this piece in one session from 8:32 at night to 2:02 this morning, so 5 1/2 hours nonstop! My hand is cramped but I hope you like it because then it'll be worth the pain haha! :) This is also my first lineless drawing in goodness knows how long and WOW was it worth the effort!


I haven't posted or drawn much in weeks/months but I've been online usually every few days; I want to get back into roleplaying and all that so I can try to be more active, but I'm not sure if anyone would want to RP Disney with me? Or Harry Potter, or just general fantasy lol

Anyway, PLEASE don't hesitate to share your thoughts! I worked super hard on this and tbh I feel I should have put it in Intermediate but oh well :)
