I want to be an artist

How often are you on cs?: I am not on CS all day, but I do come home from school at 5-6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, Georgian time. But on Saturdays and Sundays I am completely free, unless there is a birthday party on that day or my mom needs to take me for something important. BUT since I have a week off next week, I will be very free then!
Available times you have to do artwork: 5-6:00 PM Monday to Friday, Weekdays all day
Why do you want to be an artist for Penny Dragons?: For the experience, I guess??
Are you wanting to do primarily freebies or customs or both?: Both
