It depends on how you value the items, and date gaps. The penguins are from Christmas '13. If you value them as an uncommon each, and if you value a rare as an uncommon from 2 years earlier, then it's about fair. Personally, I wouldn't value a '13 uncommon as equal to a '15 rare so I think it seems a bit unfair to you.

Overpay on their side. The plushies are worth an '09 rare-VR each, and horse costume is worth about a mid '09 rare. The other items aren't worth as much. What their offering breaks down to 80C$ per pet, not counting any items on their side. Personally, I would accept, but it's up to you.

The first two trades are extremely unfair to you. WIth my trading experience, the UR Aussie usually goes for a non, while the first two don't even include a list, or in this case a main list. The third one looks fair, with demand. I would personally take it rather than the other two.
