What a lovely entry!~ I just have a few things to say, if you don't mind. ^^

Firstly, you don't need to add the eyebrows or tongue to the packing list. They're not as important to a babusagi's design, and a big part of packing lists is that they give not only just anyone an idea of what it's made of and what it's worth, but it helps artists who are to breed those Babusagi. Eyebrows and tongues aren't as relevant to the process, however there is an item in the current event that allows tongue edits! You don't have to remove them from the list necessarily, but most artists don't add them so it's just a thing to keep in mind I guess.
Another thing, the boba is a bit hard to see. It's possible that's just because of where it's located in the layers, because looking at the packing list the boba should be visible against that filling. It helps to create the boba on the same layer as the floating boba, since that always keeps the boba visible against the filling unless the boba is super close to the color of the filling.
The only other thing I could think to mention is the long flavor name in the packing list, and that it uses almond milk. I'm not entirely sure the Babusagi should have a flavor name aside from Precious Peach, but I'm not entirely sure since there could be Babusagi like that that I'm not aware of. So, for all I know the name in the packing list could be fine, like how a drink called 'Super Berry Blast' could actually just be berry juice. I'm more concerned with the drink being comprised of almond milk and tea, since milk tea is usually made from actuall milk and not almond milk, since this has not been clarified before. Of course, for all I know this is acceptable too.

Other than that, I can't think of anything to critique on the design itself, since it is quite cute! My kind of babu ya know? I hope what I said helped and didn't confuse you... /~\ Good luck in becoming an artist too! ^^
