Don't want to rain on the parade, but we must remember that next month is October.
Meaning she will have the Halloween event to deal with, which will probably be chaos in itself.

Perhaps she could take the last few orders and just slowly weave them in her schedule where she sees fit to do so.

It must be so chaotic! I think she should do it so the subsets change every 2 months, to make it easier on herself and let everyone who wants to get one. :3
