It is up to staff. We do not care. Whoever had the first valid claim(pm, or post) on the kalon will have it.

You do not need to have owned or redeemed a MYO slot to have the design.
While some artists prefer that you already have one ready to prevent the design from possibly going to waste, it's not a rule or anything that you must have a MYO slot in order to claim a design.

You just can't use the design until you've gotten a slot and have it approved c:
