The rarity changes archive is currently in the process of being reworked, and when it is completed all the pet dates will be added. ^^

I think they went from rare to uncommon. I hoard them but since I have hundreds of hoards someone should second that (or maybe it has been mentioned already).

Nope... he already was uncommon from released time
him PPS version is rare
