I've also updated the Artist Search thread with this new notice:

New: What I've decided to start doing is accepting people who I believe have potential, having them design a couple of main adoptions, and then consult with the other artists and decide if we should ask them to join the team as an official artist!
The reason I've decided to do this is because I'm getting a lot of wonderful entries, but with BFs being such a small species I'm trying my best to not have a huuuuge artist team and get ahead of ourselves!
However, if we decide against having someone join as an official artist, we would like if they could be on our list of guest artists whom we would turn to if things start to get busy and fewer adoptions are being put out and therefore need more help!

I thought I'd post it here to ensure that you're all caught up <3
