Thanks! I've actually done zero planning for it except like random notes about the basic plot. I kinda wanted to throw her right in the deep end and make it obvious that the game is really, really vile and difficult to get through, like a real life version of reddit 50/50 (don't go there if you're under 18, NOT FUN) tbh I'll prolly use that for ideas for doors. I'll defo let you knw if I write more, though I probably won't be able to post more as it is going to get worse ^^'

I'm actually working on my plan for what's going to be behind each door, and I'm going to need a lot, so here I have a question for you! Any answers may end up in this book, so keep that in mind ^^

Well, Character 1 would hate to be seen as weak, Character 2 doesn't want to lose control, Character 3 hates being alone, Character 4 is afraid of being forgotten, Character 5 is afraid of going blind, Character 6 hates letting anyone down, Character 7 doesn't like feeling vulnerable, Character 8 doesn't want to die, Character 9 hates acting their assigned gender, and I honestly don't know what other things I could add. I haven't fleshed out enough other characters to give you feedback. Hope that might have helped a little >^.^<

- me: physical torture. i've never handled pain well, and an overwhelming amount is something i don't even want to consider. however, i love love love writing torture scenes, so i'm not sure how my characters are going to do with me as the author.
- vincent: drowning. he's terrified of being submerged in water, and he constantly has nightmares about it.
- maxwell: losing someone he loves. especially if he is the direct cause of it. it would drive him to madness.
- tyran: severe, long-lasting physical pain. he would...not react well to it, to say the least.
i don't have many other developed characters i can answer this for, so we'll stick with these.

Lionel: Not being able to save someone, especially a child

One of my worst fears is small spaces. *shudders* even watching a show where the characters crawl through a tiny tunnel makes me a little panicky - heck, even reading about it does as well!
For characters... hmm.
Claire - begin abandoned by her friends/family bc it's happened so many times before
Veronica - she hates heights.
Dominique - he's really afraid of the dark.
Elijah - letting his loved ones down.

Me: Losing a family member. Losing my entire family, but me not dying. I'd want to die with them.

Villea: Losing the trust of someone she really depended on and trusted wholeheartedly.

Kayel: Being put in a situation where he is helpless.

Marley: Being judged and cast aside by others.

Darrell: Losing his ability to strike fear into others and having the tables turned so he is the victim.

Baxter: Being unable to help someone no matter what he does. Or losing someone he loves.

Trixie: Being caught or killed, or being unable to take care of herself.

(Pretty much all the main characters from CITR.)

Peyton - Being completely and utterly abandoned. I highly doubt he'd last much longer if this were to dawn on him.
Fane - Losing Zaleska. She's the only thing that's been keeping him from losing his FREAKING MIND.
Babu - Failing her family as leader. All she could ever hope for is to keep them safe, and realizing that she'd failed at this one task would literally crush her.
Yeah, I'll just leave it at those three.
My personal fears are failure, offending someone, losing my best friend because it's already nearly happened once, being forgotten,and losing myself, But being the center of attention and getting older are definitely huge fears, being able to see into my mind (aka intruding on my personal space to the extreme), and uncovering my secrets. Not even necessarily bad things, but actual things about myself that I truly wish to come out about yet could never have the courage to do so. Yeeeaaahhh.

Okay, so I'm deleting my Wattpad account, which means I've got to transfer all my stories onto a Google Doc, and I'm realizing now that my story HACKED is freaking 32,000 words and is only at chapter nine. WHHhhaAAattTT? That might not actually be very much, I don't actually know, but that's suprising to me considering I wrote this story when I first really got into writing. So yeah. By the way, this process is taking forever. I've already got 100 pages on this doc.

oh dear, the character I use in most of my stories. goes through a lot of horrible situations.

But some of blaze's would be,

watching her family die in front of her.

not being able to protect her friends.

that is just be two of the horrible situations .

But my fears would be. No being good enough for some one.
Knowing that I am hated by the ones, I call my family.

and dying

and blaze fears would be

Being hated by her family and friends.

Heights (At one point)

and fear of being forgotten about.

and she has a fear of dying (thou she has never told anyone, that)

Thank you all! I think all these answers are really going to help. I've got at least 130 doors to plan so anything is helpful at this point! I've got 30 things behind doors so far, but they're not in order, they're in random places based on how bad it is (i.e. cockroaches are door 3 and mustard gas is door 85). I'm actually 710 words in after writing the first 3 doors, but now I'm stuck for things behind doors 4 and 5 ^^'

32,000 words?? That's amazing! I struggle to write 32 words on a good day!

I love being a writer, because if anyone were to look at my search history I would be arrested right away.
"What does mustard gas do?"
