Question, can I make fanart of my dragons? Not the ones based on official characters and junk, but the ones I came up with. Like, can I change aspects of them. For example, could I make art of my little guy with white spots, but make the spots color changing? I got the idea a bit ago, like his spots function as natural LED lights and they're white when they're off? XD I wouldn't be editing the pixel art, just the character. I also may or may not be making a group shot of my dragons and want to add little things here and there

Something like the color changing spots and small details that would be hard to show on the original is fine ^-^
