Reason I want Muffin:
I would love to adopt Muffin because he is so adorable and simple! He has been up there for a very long time and has finally worked his way into my heart.

Personality:
Muffin is active and bouncy, quite a handful for those who are not eager dog owners. He will sit at your feet all day waiting for a scratch under the chin or maybe a treat. He will always lick you happily and when told off he never stays sad for long.

Story:
No-one quite knows who once owned muffin or how he came to live where he does today. He was found outside in the snow, wrapped in a blanket and sitting in an empty cake box that read "Shortbread Bakery." Which happened to be the frozen doorstep he was found on.
Muffin got taken in, of course, and with the help of some scraps from the bakery soon became the chubby, friendly bundle of fluff he is today.

Reason You Want It: This design is just lovely; and inspirational. I was seriously caught between him and another donation in the kennels, but after some thought, I decided that I must at least try. <3 His design is obviously well thought-out and the colors are just lovely; and he would fit right in with the other 'Nightlings'. He would receive plenty of art, lots of roleplaying, and a lot of individual attention; in truth, he would probably become a favorite character of mine. xDD I've been contemplating setting up a thread with my Nightling Pack and haven't really had an excuse to do so; but if I won him, I would do just that. :3

Personality:
Headstrong; Darius is infinitely stubborn. He doesn't take well to others trying to override his opinion nor being bossed around; this trait was, in fact, the reason he got kicked out of his original birth pack. Due to this, he doesn't tolerate being subordinate well and it also always forces him to be the dominant one in any relationships. His opinions are usually fueled by a lot of information and research and he can never be swayed from what he believes.
Short-tempered; It is fitting that the body of Wrath has problems with anger himself. While he is not a generally violent sort of person, he becomes angry very quickly and when he does, he is usually snappy and sometimes physically dangerous. He does not take insults very generously and usually this is the cause of his tantrums.
Humorous; Darius deeply believes that laughter is the best medicine, and he instills the lesson into daily life. He is almost always telling a joke, and when he keeps this lively banter he is wonderful to be around. It is in these glimpses that his true personality can be seen. He deals with stress, or any other highstrung emotions, by laughing, so when the atmosphere is forced and he is grinning it is almost always because of this. His sense of humor can be considered dark at points, or rude.
Controlling; Because he doesn't do well being under someone, he usually takes the leadership roles in all duties; and he prefers it that way. He likes knowing that he controls others. Surprisingly, this isn't controlling in a negative way. If anything, Darius does better when he has others depending on him and it is only then that he keeps a cool head. If he is working alone, or forced beneath another's leadership, he fumes and gets angrier.
Intelligent; Darius loves to learn. He's one of the most willing students a master could ever find, and he takes to any new knowledge like glue. Because of this he knows a handful of various languages fluently and many facts and statistics that are always quite random and most often unhelpful. But this intelligent can serve in better ways too. When someone is trying to teach him something, he is always willing to learn.
Dominant; A trait that goes hand in hand with his short temper, control issues, and hard head. He must always be allowed to be the dominant one or he is reckless and impatient. He often comes to problems with Cole strictly because of this, as Cole is also dominant [but in a more playful fashion].
Emotional; Darius has yet to learn how to feign an impassive attitude and expression, and can almost always be read through his body language. His eyes are wide-open doors to what he's feeling, and they are easy to read. This sometimes irritates him because he hates the feeling of being 'see-through' and if it is mentioned will, of course, become violent. He is defensive over this and has been trying to learn from Anson to keep his face smooth and unreadable.

The characters mentioned are the two boys in my sig, Cole and Anson. Cole functions as the Pride sin and Anson as Envy; in this story, Darius is Wrath [the other sins are not yet involved]. I just wanted to make that clear for the judges. c:
