after a long long wait, Sweetnose #100 is out! good luck everyone, I hope you like em as much as we do!

howdy all!
I'm saying this here so everyone will see; currently sweetnose mastiffs will be on an indefinite hiatus. this is for a few reasons, but the main one being that the community seems to be a bit stagnant; not many people are trying out for Sweetnoses, even for special ones like the #100 adopt. the event was done in hopes of bringing in new members, but many people who have been participating in the event ended up not coming over into the community; which is confusing for me personally, because we all try our best to be open to feedback and suggestions and we really get none. we don't know what we're doing wrong if we don't get feedback ;v;

so, this hiatus means a few things:
one, sweetnose mastiffs may close completely
two, sweetnose mastiffs may move to dA, where I will be more active
three, sweetnose mastiffs will come out of the hiatus with potentially a new owner, and new staff

currently regardless of all things, all users will be retaining items they've gotten; so unless sweetnoses close completely, you all still hold all the items you've earned! your sweetnoses will stay as they are, this is just going to be a 'closed' period while I try to figure out what I want to do with the species.
'but crim! what about the store and the item guides?'
because the species is on hiatus, it affects all current and pending sweetnose related things; meaning unmade customs and edits such as collars, bandannas, ect, are going to be on hold for the hiatus. because sweetnoses are on hiatus I'm going to take a well needed one myself, and the guides will remain incomplete until the decision is made if they're closing or not.
I do realize this may affect some of you; however, I don't want items to go through if sweetnoses move to dA. it makes more work and it's harder to organize, especially when the staff are currently not obligated to do any work. if this inconveniences any of you in a more serious matter, ie you have a pending breeding that's been submitted already, then feel free to pm me and I'll try to work something out with you.

otherwise, hopefully this hiatus will be a good reflecting time. thank you all for the good times, and hopefully the adopts will be back soon once things have settled. cheers!
