Sorry main rule of customs is they cant be pokemon due to the pokemon already being made into a blob or being made into one later on 3: (We already have a Cyndaquil blob so if you would like a typhlosion I sugjest looking for who has that blob and breed it so you can get a Cyndaquil and evolve it into a typhlosion :3)
