when lunar was just a kit he used to run all around the grass lands he was born in at night but his parents always told lunar not to run to far away or he may get lost. One particular dark night lunar ran much further than he ever had before his legs haven gotten strong from his years of exsploreing and soon found himself caught in a huge rainstorm. Scared of the thunder and lightning he ran into a nearby cave to try anf get out of the pelting rain that was cooling his fur and pelting his eyes. After entering the cave lunar felt a chill go up his spine and he turned to be face to face with large red eyes and the snarling fangs of a large bare, with a scream the young Dragon ran out into the now freezing rain the massive beast hot on his tail. As he ran from the beast he could hear his heart pounding and felt the rain and the wind burning his ears and eyes but he continued to run for what felt like hours till his legs could no longer keep up and he collapsed into the grass.
Thankfully the bare had given up its pursute and he was finally safe but.. he was far from home. It had finally stoped raining and when he looked up he saw the most beautiful sight, millions of brightly shining stars, a few even shooting across the sky. Lunar noted that one had fell in his direction.. almost like it was talking towards him till he realized.. it was! Lunar went to get up but just as he did the brilant blue star struck his back sending him into uncouncesness.
When lunar finally awoke he looked at his back expecting a wound but found a brilliant blue star marking and when he looked up at the brilliant stary sky he could actually read it like a map.
after hours Of following the stars he finally made it home. His parents having been scared for him but glad to see him home and embraced him and awed his new marking. From that day he has been an amazing navigator and explorer loving every adventer.
Years after his starlight eventure lunar has grown his horns and long left home wanting to find many things to collect in his new home. One night the stars were particularly bright and the moon full so lunar decided this night would be better than ever to go exsploreing since he hasn't found anything cool in the last few months. As lunar headed out he looked at the cloudless sky admiring the beautiful sky heading to one of his favorite places, a cliff that overhang a beautiful clear pond. This pond is so clear you could see all the way to the bottom, lunar loved watching the plants sway with the water and liked to see the fish shimmer under the star kissed water. As lunar headed down towards the water, easily brushing through the tall grass, he wasn't paying attention when he tripped over what seemed like a normal rock. Lunar gets back up cursing and rubs his poor scuffed nose, he looks back at the offending rock to find it was no normal rock. When lunar tapped it the rock it reverberated with waves of blue light witch amazed and transfixed by what seemed like a magical rock when he finally realized it was an old shooting star. As he looked through the tall grass and started stuffing rocks into a sack he brought with him, lunar was extreamly happy with how many colors there were! Some were green, some pink, some red and some purple and even multiple colors! After collecting as many of the rocks as he could he took them home and showed them to all the cubs in the area and let's them pick the ones that they wanted to spread the happiness that he felt when he found the rock and hopeing to enspire the new generation to strive to achieve there dreams no matter what.
