A Mayn is a small, canine-like creature that lives deep within forests. Their fluffy names are used as a form of camouflage, since prey can confuse them for the surrounding bushes. However, this species can be very gulible and quick to love, which is why they make great companions (but.. Also why they're easy to hunt). There are some genetic defects within them, which are rare (Short fur, no mane, brighter colors ect.) But, even the defective ones would love to be adopted and have a heart of gold.
This species has rather short legs, which makes them slow runners. A common tail is short and stubby, but some rarer have longer tails. They have a bushy mane, which is much more thicker and pale in the Winter. They have pointed ears, small snout, and typical canine teeth.

The name 'Mayn' derives from communication. Mayns couldn't pronounce their own scientific name, so, they simply started calling themselves 'Mayns'.

Common:
No edits, colored.

Uncommon:
Small edits to the fur, eyes, mouth etc.

Rare:
Major edits, completely new hairstyle + eye/tail/fur lineart, long tail.

Very rare:
Added genes/features + major edits, thin fur, no tail/long tail.

Rules n' Regulations:

- 'Mayns' are a close species, meaning a user that is not a part
of the staff is NOT allowed to make a Mayn (though, gift lines are fine!)

- Do not ask to be a part of the staff unless I have an opening for staff (Moderator applications, artist search etc).

- Do not harass me or any staff member. This is not acceptable at any moment, and may result in an immediate ban.

-Do not, in any way, heavily reference/trace, and make said referenced/traced image your own adoptable. Doing this will result in immediate ban.
- Do not ask for a free custom. Customs are either bought, or given to you (only staff members will receive free customs).
Breaking any of these rules will result in a warning. After three warnings, you will be banned (temporary).
