(@mylittlesongbird, I'm so sorry I kept missing Fern's response to Amber!)

"Thank you, Fern. It means a lot to hear that." Amber smiled at the girl. Amber's heart lifted for a moment, but then she looked back at the rest of her pack.
Amber was holding onto Waverly's hand for both of their comfort. She needed touch like she needed air, and Waverly was now family. She noticed he had met her eyes, and then dropped them. Amber smiled kindly, and then looked at the rest of the group. Kale was burying his mother, and as soon as he was done, they would be moving.
"We will not be going far, just to the shelter of the trees. Too much has happened here on this beach. Solara will know where we will be." Amber answered Waverly, while also addressing all of the group. She noticed that Kale was already walking into the forest.
"Let's go." She smiled, following after Kale, still holding Waverly's hand. She stopped a respectable distance away as Kale said his goodbye.
"We will be just beyond that tree line when you are prepared to join us, Kale and Vivien." Amber murmured, pointing to the two o'clock section. She then turned around and waved everyone forward. She emerged into a clearing of sorts.
"Let's rest here. Still in view of the beach, but far enough away that we could run if needed." Amber stated, looking around. Sorcha walked in, still carrying Ivana, whom was still asleep. Amber prayed for her to stay asleep until she could be properly healed. Sorcha gently placed Ivana on the ground, before turning around and addressing the group.
"I will get wood and start a fire. I will also catch enough food for everyone." Sorcha announced. Without another word, she walked into the forest.
"How about we all sit or relax as much as we are able? If someone wants to tell a story about anyone, feel free to share." Amber smiled, taking initiative and sitting down, still holding Waverly's hand.
She didn't think she had the strength to let go.

Jonah smiled at his true love, trying not to laugh at her antics.
"I know you aren't your mom. It's very hard for anyone to be like her." Jonah snickered, ignoring the whole Janice not being rude comment. He knew Janice could have a temper, one that could rival Clove's. He then noticed that Clove was trying to crawl up into his arms, and Jonah picked her up, wedding style.
"You might want to increase your strength, love, for when we actually get married in the Adamson fashion, I have a feeling I might be able to walk out by myself." He snickered, teasing her. He only carried her a few feet before setting her down on a chair.
"Alright, same feeling as before." Jonah instructed, getting serious now. "And please, do not threaten to maim her if she gets on your nerves. She might with the news of Sorcha." He then gently touched her temples, and called upon his power. He immediately found the connection for Janice, and brought Clove into her mind.
"
You show her who's Alpha, my lucky love." Jonah thought to himself, snickering.

Regina followed Luno into the forest, smiling. Her scythe was in her hand, and it already felt like an extension of her body. Her blood was still singing for battle, her fingers needing to feel the hot blood of her dying enemy. Luno started to talk to her, as if she was one of his own, as if she was one of
them.
She was not one of them. She would never be one of them. She was better than all of them combined. Her mouth twisted in rage, her face heating with fury.
"I am alone, because none of you are like me. I no longer need a family, I've never needed a family. My parents used me, and I used them. Love is a fools game. Family is not real, it's just a more suitable term for alliance." Regina spat, her knuckles white from gripping her scythe so hard. "These idiots here speak of love, but what do they know? Nothing. They fight each other, despite being on the same side for Hades' sake! You think I'm a villain? I'm not. I'm just doing what the others are doing: protecting themselves. I just have more deceiving and cunning ways to do it. These omegas are not family, and they never will be. You brought us together? Your wife brought us together? Where were you when Alastair ruled over the lands? Here! Hiding! You hid from the rest of the world while it tormented us!" Her voice was dry and sharp, just like her Scythe.
"You may be here for me now, for us now, but you weren't when we truly needed you. My parents died trying to make the world a better place, and so will I. I may be here, but know this Luno Adamson, I am not on your side. I am on my own side, where I will prosper and
live. You will be one of the many to fall, but consider this punishment for your cowardice, you weak disgrace of an omega." She hissed, smiling cruelly now. Regina raised her Scythe, and angled down.
This was the only merciful death Regina has ever committed. Poor King Luno would not even get to beg for forgiveness, since his head was rolling on the ground. Regina then raised the Scythe again, slowly hacking the king into bloody, gory pieces until her blood stopped singing for the melody of death.
"Agatha, I need you now." Regina growled, Luno's hot blood splattered across her face and body. "I need a manticore, or another beastly creature here in this grove to cover up Luno's death. I'll then run back screaming, and allow the others to deal with it. Hopefully a few more die." Her gaze rose from Luno's body, and she smiled as she licked her lips.
The blood of her enemy was the sweetest thing she had ever tasted, but the blood of her enemy killed in revenge was better.
