Ooh, a night-sky themed one!
I really appreciate what you were going for there, and I like the base blue you chose. I think you had the right idea with the spots, but with spots, they're kinda tricky, because you can overdo them. (I know I do)
Perhaps this would be a bit stronger if you chose just a few places to put spots, and then put some other space-themed things on other parts? Suggestions for dot placement could be legs, shoulders, arms, face, tail, and ears. Try to choose three ^^ Additionally, try different shaped dots!
For other space-y patterns, try limited light colored swirls with some stars following it to be a galaxy!
