Thanks Neri!
Since we're getting very close to the end of the opening event, I thought I'd give you guys a heads up about transfers and breeding. Bare with me, this is long.
Transfers
The way transfers are going to work is anyone who owns an old Tezari can make a request to the ORIGINAL ARTIST of that Tezari to redo it on the new lines. There are a few scenarios that can happen with this:
-If the original artist does not wish to do the transfer, they can then give permission (and they MUST give permission) to allow a different artist to do that transfer for them. The owner would then find another artist that is willing to do the transfer.
-If the original artist is no longer an artist for Tezari, then they still must ask the original artist for permission to allow an active artist to do the transfer.
-If the original artist is no longer active on CS or does not reply to the request within 30 days, the owner can send proof of this to me and I will do the transfer myself.
If the original artist says no for whatever reason (they shouldn't really, but they have a right to), then the Tezari will not be transferred.
Tezari will keep their original ID numbers, of course.
Breeding
As mentioned on the closing of the original Tezari, breeding limits have been lifted.
This means there are no breeding slots at this time, any Tezari can breed with any Tezari as many times as you'd like them to. You still need permission from the owners for any Tezari that isn't owned by you.
There is however a cool down for a Tezari to breed, so you can't have more than one breedings with a Tezari going on at once. This cool down is 1 week for stallions, 2 weeks for mares.
A user can only have one breeding request in at once, as well. No bombarding artists with a bunch of requests, please! Once the foal is posted, they may put in another.
This is not permanent - later the slots will likely be reimplemented (but will be on a fresh start for each Tezari). For now, I'd like to keep it open to help the breed grow a bit more.
Old line and new line Tezari can breed together, of course. The resulting foal will be on the new lines only.
If you have any questions about either of these, feel free to ask me!
