Anyone can apply accessories, but they must be on a separate ref and the non-item ref must be used during breeding! If you mean items like edits, then anyone can apply them so long as proof of the edit item is shown and it has to be approved by staff!

quick question about nursery artist change
if an artist that were originally supposed to do our breeding said they cannot and so we ask another artist to do so. would the cool down be affected or would it go normally from when the original artist accepted our ticket?

The cooldown starts from when you post the ticket, so it doesn't matter if you change artists, because it's still the original ticket, so a new cooldown doesn't begin ^^

Yes!
You can either use multiple to pass on different traits, or you can use them to pass the same trait to two (or more) kits.

Using one makes it so that 1 kit is guaranteed and the others have a higher % chance, correct?
If you were to use two (for the same trait), would the leftover kits have an even higher % chance, or would it still be the same as the first?

Using two autopass items on the same edit would be 100% chance for two kits and 50% chance still for the rest.
