Okay okay... I just won my dream kalon basically and omg... I love him so much...

His name's Minnow (short for Minuetto), he's a young calm kid, usually pretty quiet, but loves interacting with others. He's very outgoing in his own way of listening to others, if that makes sense. He tries getting along with everyone and is generally nice to be around but he can get into arguments if someone is against what he believes in, or if they pick on someone. He gets into fights at school since he is willing to fight anyone who bullies another, which gets him into a lot of trouble. More info here in my tryout post
I'm open to looking for more relations for him!

Does anyone know if it's common to find eye edit/paw edit/shine edit items in kalon events? I love my Minnow but one thing that really stands out to me is the colours of his pawpads, shine, tongue, and eye- I'd like to try making them fit in more with the design.

Also, I'm not sure if anyone else is a hardcore furry like I am, but I've been getting into making fursuits recently. I was thinking of making a tail for a kalon-- not a suit or anything yet, the designs are usually a bit complex for that haha.
However, I've come across one problem: how do you make the tail shine for a kalon tail?
I was thinking of using clear vinyl and maybe painting one side, and putting painted side face-down, glued onto the tail, so that the nonpainted part is still shiny. However, hot glue would melt the fur-- maybe E6000 glue? Does anyone know if this would work?

i won my second kal !! (technically not my 2nd kal, but its my second kal that i won from a normal comp !!)
this is my girl shelbie !! i still cant believe it , she's just soo precious uwu i'll be working on her personality more, but here's a summary of her personality!

shelbie || 21 || straight || page not up yet

shelbie is what you may call, small but fierce. at first glance she may seem like a sweet little girl, but never, ever treat her like she's gullible and stupid. shelbie tends to get quite standoffish to strangers, and maybe even quite violent. she walks with a distinct air that gives off the 'dont talk to me' vibe. but really, she is quite social and friendly to all her other close friends. she's determined and wants to always be in the spotlight- and she'll do anything to be in it if she isn't. shelbie often takes the role of leader, and will definitely come off as bossy and controlling. she admits she doesn't do it on purpose though, and that she is trying to improve her bossy nature. it takes a while for her to get used to other strangers, but will eventually soften up and open up to them. shelbie may seem mean to others, but truthfully she's quite shy and tries to act 'tough' to not hurt her pride. shelbie is extremely clingy, and tends to get jealous very easily. not to mention she has quite the temper. however she is extremely loyal and loves all of her friends to death, and would always get ready to defend them.

ahh short post cause im on my phone c": so im going to be quite "busy", and away from my computer for a long time. im also sick and will be discharged from the hospital hopefully by the end of this week, but then ill just be staying with my cousins to fix what we found. aaaaaa ive just even such a mess. now onto what im posting for

as i said, im hospitalized, and low on motivation and time, so id really like to help someone try out for a kalon! ive got pets to spare for art as well as coding. to say; ill assist you in getting a kalon, just give me a list of what you're looking for, and id be thrilled to finish it, and maybe help with ideas if asked. just pm me <3 id rather if the comp had a really long time to finish, so really no less than a week-two weeks based on competition & prompts. sorry if this makes no sense. ;;

im also looking for an artist who can design my myo! it'd be based on my cat lola <33 i low-key call her lowfat/lo-fat ironically cause she's a chubby cat . itd be a simple design, but id really like the artist to nail the softness and markings! she also has a very spotted tail //pretty hard to see in the pic aaa ill see if i can find a clearer photo of her tail. she's a calico, with only spots on her head and tail. she's beautiful ilh <3 id also like to add some soft white rose markings, that kind of blend into her texture. please hmu if you're interested! i don't have too many means of paying, but i may be able to get some points. thank you so much!! bless lordren for the help with ideas.
