Okay okay... I just won my dream kalon basically and omg... I love him so much...
His name's Minnow (short for Minuetto), he's a young calm kid, usually pretty quiet, but loves interacting with others. He's very outgoing in his own way of listening to others, if that makes sense. He tries getting along with everyone and is generally nice to be around but he can get into arguments if someone is against what he believes in, or if they pick on someone. He gets into fights at school since he is willing to fight anyone who bullies another, which gets him into a lot of trouble. More info here in my tryout post

Does anyone know if it's common to find eye edit/paw edit/shine edit items in kalon events? I love my Minnow but one thing that really stands out to me is the colours of his pawpads, shine, tongue, and eye- I'd like to try making them fit in more with the design.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone else is a hardcore furry like I am, but I've been getting into making fursuits recently. I was thinking of making a tail for a kalon-- not a suit or anything yet, the designs are usually a bit complex for that haha.
However, I've come across one problem: how do you make the tail shine for a kalon tail?
I was thinking of using clear vinyl and maybe painting one side, and putting painted side face-down, glued onto the tail, so that the nonpainted part is still shiny. However, hot glue would melt the fur-- maybe E6000 glue? Does anyone know if this would work?
