She stretched her neck, long and slender, and twisted her back foot- just slightly- and then examined the view in the mirror. She sighed, slumping to the ground in defeat. Sure, the pose was nice enough, but no amount of strategic body placement would make her look nice enough to attract a certain someone's attention. She was just too bland and he was so bright and colorful... Still laying in front of the mirror, something caught her attention. a bright blue bird had appeared in the window behind her. She grinned, if she could get her paws on some of those lovely feathers, she would certainly make herself more noticeable. She turned around, scrunched down and wiggled her butt beofr pouncing through the air and snapping her paws around the little Birdy. it squirmed and chirped, striving desperately to get away, but she just laughed and destroyed the creature. She ripped his feathers out and then devoured him as a quick snack. Back to the mirror, she placed a few feathers behind her ear. Finally, she felt beautiful.

She groomed her silky, soft fur and her slender tail whipped anxiously. Her paws flexed,
claws retracting, then sliding back.It made very small dents in the soft ground below her. She blinked softly, lifting her perfectly shaped apex and she swiftly jumped onto a ledge, her frame extending graciously, and her legs were now stretched full length mid leap. She spotted some prey, and perhaps some feathers for her nest. She jumped down, frame shrinking, as she stealthily crept towads the bluebird. She crouched, hind legs squatted, her shoulders blades arched, and her haunches stilled, as she moved closer, paw step after paw step. Soundly, she pounced, paws outstretched and pinned the bluebird on its back until she heard a satisfactory crunch and threw it in the air and grasped it on her mouth and she happily trotted back to her nest, proud to put new blue feathers in her nest.

She padded through a forest of colours with the sun passing through the trees' leaves, shining in the dark mist enveloping the woods. She squinted her eyes to see through the mist, then looked up at the leaves lightened by the sun. Her tail brushed side to side, her nose bringing up unknown scents. Her paws unsheathed her claws, just in case if any enemies or prey were around. Her eyes slowly scanned her surroundings and the environment beyond, hoping to find a more bright area. She continued on her path, as quickly and quietly as possible. Her slow pace gradually picked up speed, resulting in a sprint across the silent and bright forest. When she made it out, she felt the cool wind on her fur. She slowly padded towards the edge of a cliff, and she sat down, enjoying the clear view of the many trees of the forest and the sun shining in the sky.
