I'm just giving you a heads up. It says in the title "Hiatus news" and on the news list it states that the Pixel pups are on hiatus. Either way you've should of known. Pixel Pups has been on hiatus for a while, and that is because the owner, the super-duper amazing senpai 2FrostyPaws, has school with a load of tests and stuff to get through and had mouse problems, and we have to respect that. Her life isn't dedicated to CS and Pixel Pups and nagging her isn't going to do anything to get her to speed up, more or less it'd slow her down a bit. Pixel Pups has been around for about only a year but it's a lovely, kind community with about half of us loose cannons and even though we want her back to her best asap, we have to let Frosty do what she needs to. So please, respect her and don't spam her with get back here PM's! Maybe some haven't been doing that, but still.

Secondly, let's be real; no one likes going back to page 1 to read stuff because a) it's sometimes boring // b) you can always use the search bar and c) people are lazy, but with hiatuses it's important to get all the details with why it's going on. As mentioned above, she has school and such, but it's not on to blatantly ignore that or disregard it. If you haven't read her front page message it's down there-

-PPs is going on hiatus until I can get through all the tests and projects my school is throwing at me! Also, I desperately need a mouse, and I'm not going back to touchpad days. Litter codedrop and hunting results will be posted when I get back!


It's not like she doesn't want to, she doesn't have the time, and reading these things will make your life easier, and quite frankly being rude is not on in the slightest, and being mean can result in bans. I can oversee who gets them, and no-one wants bans to their name, right? And if you get banned, well, your PPs are recycled back into the system to be adopted in the pound. And I won't name names, but lashing out or being disrespectful to other owners is unacceptable. I don't want to be the devil's advocate here.

Lastly, this has been a recurring issue: Customs are not open all the time, and you cannot hunt whenever you want. You may only hunt on Mondays Pacific Standard Time, and there is a clock on the hunting post on the first page, so always look at that.
And customs/breedings may not open often, but when they do, Frosty accepts around 4-6, and the 3 breeding nests are filled pretty fast, but unless you have a custom ticket or the slots are actually open/it's actually Monday PST, please, please, don't post the form! and also please do use the actual form, or at least quote (removing the quote commands of course) someone else's and edit the info so it's what you want! This irks me a lot when I see it, and honestly it's not that hard to click select all on the form and simply do it. If anyone needs help with how the whole [code] command works you can PM me anytime. The only exception to the custom rule is if you win a custom slot from the other custom slot raffles other artists are doing, and these can be found again, first post front page.

I shouldn't have to post this really, the rules are up the front page on the first post, and they're easy to read, they're still size 100 in black, like most stuff on the thread (excludes some red text in varying size), but I guess I had to, because of certain behaviors and recurring problems. If anything here concerns you my PMs are always open, and address any complaints, queries and such to me if anything arises. If this seems rude or anything doesn't make sense simply PM me as well. I hope I don't have to post this sort of thing again, and I apologize for being such a slap-in-the-face devil's advocate. Also until this thread is officially off hiatus please don't post. Thanks!
