That would count as an expression edit because you are not altering the color
of the sclera or iris, or changing the shape of the pupil!

This is more of a suggestion than an actual question, but has anyone considered making a faq? I see the same questions asked a considerable amount of times and I'm sure it'll ease the burden of answering multiple times.
