I really want her as a char but she looks soo much like the moonswirl ;P

Anyway,she can fly using her moon-like wings.Her necklace is an upside moon with stars dangling off the ends.She is symmetrical ,only the blue ribbon is only on one leg.She is blind and has the power to go into peoples'/animal's dreams.She can fight off nightmares and turn them into a heavenly dreams. :3 I sound like a little girl
