Unfair or not, the UR bee can go for 2 nons demand wise. Rarity wise, I think this fills that extremely small gap between the UR bee and the Aussie. But In my opinion i wouldn't accept this because, like I stated before, the UR bee can go for way more.

The gap between the Aussie and the bee is 2 sorbets. The other pets on their end don't fill the large gap between them (2 sorbets worth).
The UR Bee typically goes for its full worth (2 nons).

Rarity wise, it's unfair to you. Their side adds up to roughly a non and a sorbet / 4 Sorbets. The UR Bee is worth2 Nons/ 6 Sorbets. So it would be unfair to you by about 2 sorbets.
Demand is user based. Yes, the Bee design is very popular and if you find the right user who is willing to pay more than it's worth,
you can get some overpay.

Unfair to the top. The red-fronted holly is one tier above the mini grey tan husky, adding the extra pets on their side is overpaying

What does the Red Cerberus usually go for nowadays (demand-wise)?

No to both.

A Raven + a BMD = 6 Mid advents / cake dog tier
A Raven + Green Liontail = 3 mid advents

So as you can see, they are nowhere near to worth of even one non, not even for 1/3 of one non.
Demand of those might be high but in my opinion demand can't fill such a huge gap.

As for comparison, a non is technically worth around 240 ravens. So you have to ask yourself if you want to value a pet more than 240x more than its actual worth, or if you're fine with overpaying more than 240x if you're on the non's side
