@Shad So I have a bit of an idea.. Maybe we could spend some of our DD to "verify" our adopted doggos or something? I don't really know, I just want to be able to breed them, dress them, etc.

Unfortunately, that will not happen.
When we create monthly adopts we usually create characteristics, clothing, etc. that are unique to them.
In time these may become available to all customs, but as of now, they will remain unchangeable.
