People definitely can if they want to:) But some people cannot because they do not have the right device, or they have trouble sketching so I mostly do these for fun, and for those who don't want to make them themselves. Breedings are also more fun if someone else does them for you sometimes because then you are surprised, and this was created primarily for breedings.
