Preferences: ~ You can his name is you want but it should stay something in a native american language
~ Minor changes to design are ok ^_^
~ I always thought of him as a boy but he can be a girl if you want XD
~ Can't be a fursona but Can be a fursona's close companion, mate or anything else like that ^_^
~ You can change his species but please keep him some kind of bird
~ Both sides do not have to be symmetrical. If you want to design the other side, as long as it kind of matches, feel free too!
~ If you can, pm me your background for him. You don't need my permission or anything but I would love to see what people write about him
~ Keep him somewhere where others can see him and just take good care of him

Oo, some competition. xD Before I read your post I was thinking I might try for him, he's so beautiful.

I have a question. Say you are really bad at art, so you can't make a piece of the char you are trying out for. Are you allowed to order a piece of art from someone else? Also, can you use free linearts?

To my understanding there has never been a rule about not being able to order art or use free lines to color in a character that you win. C= I guess that it could be in the preferences, but I have never seen anyone put that up as one. XD

I know this isn't much of a problem, but I just wanted to point out that Fallen*Dreams didn't post permission with her for like I asked her to in my 'Preferences'. I don't remember even giving her permission because her form wasn't finished.
