i apologise for any inactivity-- i've not been feeling very well and i'm still quite sick now, but i really wanted to post something today. there's a few things i wanted to announce anyhow, so here they all are. apologies for the long post to come.

first of all, it's so lovely to see new members!

the event Viscets are all pretty cute, huh? i quite like the new traits myself! i went with one of my favourites for my own competitions, which so happens to be hooves! the contests are below, and i hope to see some more lovely forms!

i wanted to introduce a few new Viscets i've acquired the past little while.

first of all, my new boy-- Kaelen. he was once a devoted angel of Ugin, but he fell head over heels in love and studied science and basically did everything angels of faith shouldn't be doing. he sacrificed his life and status for his lover, another angel of Ugin ( james.' Alabaster ), and now he's back in the flesh. though he has difficulty recalling most of his life before his reincarnation, Alabaster is the one thing he feels fits perfectly in his life and it is the main thing he clings to.

he's very aloof - he doesn't particularly like others and would rather stay far away from social situations. he's incredibly intelligent. alarmingly so, but this genius does make him kind of cruel. those who aren't intelligent go unnoticed in his eyes unless they are incredibly important to him. he loves science and doesn't really believe in faith or religion anymore-- he's seen it himself first hand. the Gods do nothing for those that pray.

next we have Judas-- he's my little PPS amethyst baby that's utterly disgusted with... well, life. everything makes him cringe.
i'm still working on him a little, but i think he's an incredible mysophobe and has OCD to an extent. he's a bit of a whiner, but for good reason-- he doesn't complain just to complain, he complains about his own fears and worries. it can be troublesome at times,
but he's working on it.

-- looking for friends and enemies. he's PPS so lovers/mates are off the table



next we have Imogen

i'm still working on her as well, but she's very girly... and altho she fits into that super girly whatever stereotype she's incredibly smart and strong and holds her own. she isn't one you want to mess with, that's for sure. she'll ream you out for certain. she's a criminal justice lawyer, and when her long ears are tied back in a "ponytail", she means business.

i wanted to show this art piece as well - it's tryout art for Viscet #1394 and i'm really proud of it tbh
i tried a new style and i fell in love with this style. i think i finally found my "signature" so to speak

i'm not entirely sure how much something like this could go for, but once i draw up some more examples and try to auction off a YCH, i may open some commissions once i get a ballpark estimate of how much something like this is worth. if anyone is interested,
shoot me a PM and i'll put you on a "wait list" of sorts as soon as i open commissions ( you'll be the first to know about open comms and i'll throw in some character sketches for free as well ).

My pretty priestess might have some conflicts with him, but I'm sure she'll enjoy doting upon him and giving him as much attention as she possibly can. I too. Would like to do some comishes to help James. I'm really busy with work at the moment. But I plan to get a lot done this weekend. I'll be offering head shots, some fb no background and some 'Victorian style' half bodies with a frame. I'll post more tomorrow after work. Hello everyone! It has been quite a while since I last posted here, but I am still active here. I will be regularly active once again, now that my semester is done and I am on summer break. I wanted to introduce a few viscets I have gotten recently! Warning- this will be a long post! sorry :0

Kozmotis, female, roughly 19-20 years old, straight

Taken in by Luken, Kozmotis grew up with her adoptive father and looked up to and admired him. He shared his dream with her and Kozmotis helped him fund and build the Lab, even serving as his head in research and document keeping. She played a key role in the capture of Zimri (now Hitori), but soon after realized Luken's true intentions and narrowly escaped everything she had known, only to fall into one of Luken's traps. She finally managed to escape her adoptive father's grasp, but not without the trap rendering her left leg useless. While on the run, she runs into Hunter, whom took her under his wing.

Kozmotis now aids Hunter in providing crucial information on Luken and The Lab, which they wish to put to an end.

Hunter, male, roughly 23 years old, bisexual

Hunter grew up unter strict watch by his parents, but that didn't stop him. He is very casual but determined, and a playful flirt. One one of his travels, he came across a dark viscet hunting for other viscets and fought him off, but not without a scar across his left eye. Knowing what he had to to, Hunter spent several years gaining information and stalking the strange hunters to learn any secrets they may have, and knew he had to put an end to Luken's terrible goal.

He created a pack of his own, providing a safe place for the refugees that Luken was hunting. Hunter became very protective and strong willed, willing to sacrifice himself for the best of his packmates. He knows each member of his pack individually, and is a kind of best-friend-will-always-be-there kind of guy. All the while, Hunter's goal is to put an end to Luken's; destroy The Lab and end put a stop to Luken's research.

Chronos, male, age unknown, sexuality unknown

Chronos is a mysterious viscet; few have ever seen him, but he is heavily sought out by both sides of the Lab conflict. He is a 'Seer', able to see visions of the past and future, but not at will. He knows things that most do not, due to his ability, but confides and shows himself to no one.

He is the protector of Spirit Tree, a Tree of Spirits located between Luken's Lab and Hunter's camp. The Tree is a link to life and death itself, and aids in Chronos' ability. The Tree has a certain aura, allowing only those pure of heart and free of ill intentions to come cose and walk its paths, making Chronos safe from outside threats. When few do venture into his clearing, he welcomes them and believes the Tree has accepted them and idly chats for a short while. Chronos is a laid back guy, not caring much about opinions and refuses to take a side in conflicts. He speaks mostly in riddles, making him difficult to understand. He uses the plants and herbs growing around the Tree as medicines, but specifically enjoys making them into fancy teas.

Mercury, female (no preference), no specific age, ace/no sexuality

Created shortly after Kozmotis left and the original Hitori was killed, Mercury is Luken's first successful experiment. She was created in the Lab as an experiment, hatched from a stolen egg and infused with artificial DNA, she is completely loyal to Luken and serves as his bodyguard. She is not very intelligent, as Luken only raised her to be a protector to himself and the Lab.

She does not have much personality, but longs to know what real emotions feel like and what it feels like to step foot on real soil. Her items, a headpiece adorning horns and a fluffy pelt draped over her back, were hand crafted by Luken as a sort of welcome to the world, a thanks for serving him.

Now that I am free for several months, I will be opening commissions semi regularly, probably once or twice a month, possibly more. Currently, I am also wanting to help out james. They have been so amazing to me, and I would love to help a friend in need. I am open for commissions, but my prices will be raised for now, but for a good cause.
