Describe their pet/companion:
Marius is a gray American short-hair cat. He's young and playful and enjoys being petted and scratching the crap out of everything. He's quite thin, and if you look closely you can still see his ribs.

How did they meet their pet/companion?:
Marius was a stray Karsten found on the streets. He's never been partial to cats so he didn't want to take him, but Karsten couldn't find someone to take him and the cat had grown fond of him in the time it took to search for a new home. Marius was quite skinny and filthy when he was found, so Karsten is trying to fatten him up and he grooms him at least once a week. He's going to stay with Karsten for good, even though that's forbidden in his apartment complex.

Prompt:
Nemo's best friend is Laurel. They've been friends since they were children, but really became close in highschool. Nemo had a crush on Laurel, and confessed, but that never changed their relationship as Laurel wanted to just stay as friends, still respecting Nemo's feelings. The two gals have many crazy ideas together, and usually make those crazy ideas come true. The results are messy.
They both work at the same place, and go eat lunch together almost every day. They can talk to each other about anything and have only a few things the other doesn't know.
After Laurel broke up with her first serious boyfriend, she came to Nemo crying. They watched Disney movies till morning and ate way too much ice cream, but in the end Nemo got Laurel to feel better and she even laughed a few times.
Their friendship is something they both value, and they couldn't think about their life without the other one.

cotton & helios met back in high school while helios was hanging out in an empty room to play his guitar. cotton heard him playing & followed the music, to find helios in the room. helios, being extremely afraid of playing in front of others @ this age was super freaked out ;; even tho he was sort of ?? flattered that cotton liked his music.
eventually the two started 2 hang out more, cotton was sort of different from helios' other ( & few ) friends, being a more ,,, outgoing guy & often going to parties. basicallY the complete opposite of hel

after a while tho helios """ figured it out """ ( his words ) that cotton was just a lot more outgoing than him & ,,, sort of enjoys getting out of his comfort zone around him n things
he tags along w/ cotton to parties // mainly to make cotton happy // but probably ends up hiding in the closet 10 minutes after he gets there rip

also helios is like. The Mom Friend around cotton & is mayb ?? a good influence who knows
he rly enjoys being around cotton though like they hang out p often so there u go
