Most orb serpents have one element in their orbs: fire, nature, ice or water. You can tell which type a serpent carries by the color of the orb. If it's deep blue, it's water. If it's red, it's fire. Light blue is for ice, and green is for nature. All of these orbs are common.

You may find some serpents with orbs that are not just one color, but maybe two+ colors or any other color, these serpents can be classified as "legendary orb carriers" instead of the regular "elemental orb carriers." These orbs do not have one element, but every element combined. These serpents can explore any area. Below are a couple of examples of some legendary/mythic orbs you might see on serpents, but the possibilities are endless!

This year we have a few special serpents that will be raffled off, as well as a week-long easter egg hunt!

We will have a few raffles take place here during the next week or so <3

Raffle #2 will consist of 1 serpent, although all entrants get a prize! All entrants will receive 2 randomized easter items, as well as 2 diamonds to use at your leisure or to get extra egg hunt searches! Easter item prizes can be viewed below.

Easter egg hunt at KOS

We have a mini easter egg hunt for everyone! <3
there is a 90% chance to find a new KOS easter item, and a 10% chance of finding a serpent!

Each user may hunt for 1 egg each day, you can purchase one extra explore (for a total of 2/day) by using one diamond. (Diamonds are found in kruba by exploring) All prizes are randomized.

Badge Bounty
goal: Collect various badge types, recieve prizes every other week if you own the corresponding wanted badge.

Badge bounty will be posted with litter codedrops either weekly or bi-weekly, we will post a badge, specified by type and tier. If you have this badge claimed in achievements, you will recieve a small bounty. This could be anything from pearls, to items found in kruba.

RULES & GUIDELINES

1. Breeding serpents will give you three eggs to choose from. If you use one nest, you can keep one egg. if you use two nests, you can keep two eggs, etc. If you don't have enough spaces, you won't be able to use more than one nest. (You may breed your serpents with no nests to allow their offspring to be raffled as a litter but without an egg nest you may not ensure you'll keep any of the offspring, unless you win them in the litter raffle.)

2. You can breed your serpent with another user's serpent, as long as you have their permission, they will also need to quote the breeding form once submitted to confirm that they agreed. seeking a breeding partner for your serp? check the fanclub! There's a form you can post, or you can look through others forms to see if any serpents would be a good match :> Both sides of the party must have an egg nest, unless one party decides to cover both egg nests and allow the other person to still claim an egg of their choosing. (group messages will be organized to decide which egg each party wants)

3. Want a larger litter? Head over to Titana's Hoard and grab some egg potions! (purchased with items found exploring)

4. Any two serpents can breed. You CAN breed v.1 serpents, but the outcome will all be v.2.

RULES

1. Never send a custom request directly to any staff or artists, forms should always be posted here.

2. Please follow your artist's guidelines when making a request. Provide the necessarry images or references when making detailed reqests~

3. You are allowed to order custom/mythic traits for your serpent If the artist is willing. It will be in each artists post if they accept custom traits or not. Pricing will be negotiated between artist and customer. please negotiate either via the fanclub thread or PM, please don't directly PM your artist unless they message you first. To order a mythic serpent, describe the traits you want or add a ref image to the "traits I want" section, and add that you are requesting a mythic dragon in the "other" section. Your chosen artist should PM you and you may discuss appropriate pricing for the trait.

4. You may only have 1 custom request sent in at a time



SERPENT TRANSFERS FROM V.1 TO V.2: To transfer any serpents, you must have a transfer potion. You can buy one from Titana's Hoard in the shop for items found in sunset islands. No pearls necessary! You must have a serpent from the v.1 lines to get any type of transfer. To request a transfer, please use the customs form but put "transfer" in the price sections. The traits that are showing on the original serpent will be the only traits to be applied on the transfer, you may not add or change any of the traits in transfers. It's possible we may not transfer specific traits over, as our trait list has changed slightly and we have retired some traits from the original version of KOS.

Our base is broken up into layer folders for traits based on rarity and trait type. (our base is over 300 layers) General artists are expected to make at least 1 litter or 3 random serpents every other month. General artists make 50 pearls/serpent made, the full cost of any customs made, as well as 1 custom voucher every month All General Artists must have completed at least 1 month as a Guest Artist.

Explore Director 4/5 positions open
With this position you are only responsible to track what users win during exploring, not to enter it into banks.
When you are an exploring director you will "guide" guests through areas and give them their prizes for exploring. This job is currently separated into five sections, based on the areas people are exploring. The Ice Slopes, Sunset Islands, Typhoon bay, Forbidden Forests and Molten Caverns. You are ONLY responsible to respond to searches from your area, and you may release/post results in any time interval that is convenient for you as long as results are posted at least 1 time each month of explore being open, or in smaller intervals if an explore based event is taking place. We close exploring for at least 1 week at the beginning of each month to provide a chance to catch up and finish any explores from the previous month. Doing explores consists of counting the explores in your area, then using an RNG with our integer sets to determine the prizes given, then posting results to the explore forum. Explore Directors earn 500 pearls each month.
